Ferrum is looking for the first member of our Operations team, focused on leading all Clinical Accounts and acting as the face of Ferrum to our customers. This is a customer-facing role engaging directly with clinicians and health system leadership, bringing new technologies to the market and serving as the crucial link between Ferrum end users and the Ferrum team.

You are ready to engage with a customer to resolve questions and provide solutions whether over electronic communications or through on-site visits (currently limited due to travel restrictions). You are able to build working relationships with all members of a client team and synthesize the important points for distribution back to the Ferrum team.
You are able to break complex problems into a series of manageable tasks. You have a proven track record of tackling seemingly impossible requests, seeing each new challenge as an opportunity to dig deep into your toolbox of skills to meet a new need for the customer (and often, our business)!
You have excellent quantitative skills. Like healthcare, our decisions are evidenced based. You are comfortable working with the data from our clients to measure patient impact, assess account health, and find new opportunities to expand. You have experience building analytics for customers and know how to distill complexity or expand with more detail as appropriate for a given audience.
You have a bulldog-like tenacity. Startups are hard, the end goal is never perfectly defined but your tenacious instincts kick-in and guide you down the right path. You aren’t scared to “figure it out as we go” and your “informed decisions” often play out how you wanted them to.
You are accountable and follow-through. You take responsibilities into your own hands to ensure that all follow-up tasks are completed in a timely manner. Your to-do list includes not only items that have been asked of you, but also demonstrates an adept ability to “look around corners” to anticipate the next impending wave of needs and proactively address.
