Tim Aillon has spent 20 years building products that need to work in high-stakes environments where failure is not an option.
He has led product and program initiatives across healthcare AI, medical imaging, and clinical trial technology, including leadership roles at Clario and now Ferrum Health. He has delivered enterprise SaaS platforms, AI workflows, and regulated solutions used by hospitals, sponsors, and research organizations worldwide. His track record includes launching large-scale imaging and AI platforms that increased adoption, accelerated study and deployment timelines, supported millions in new revenue, and improved clinical workflow efficiency.
At Ferrum, Tim owns the intake, prioritization, and delivery flow for product requests across support, clinical, go-to-market, and engineering. His job is to make sure only high-value, validated work reaches engineering and that releases are predictable, compliant, and aligned to customer and patient impact. No wasted motion, no reactive scrambling.
His vision is to build a scalable, trusted AI platform that hospitals rely on to safely deploy and monitor clinical models. He wants Ferrum to be the system of record for AI performance, governance, and real-world outcomes across health systems.
Tim holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Outside of work, he is into old cars, beaches, and CrossFit.
